Mindsphere
Mindsphere is an interactive development firm that was located in Point Reyes
Station, California, just north of San Francisco. Webfarm began working with
Mindsphere during 1997 and continued a providing development services and network
design and administration services until Mindsphere ceased operations at the
end of 2000. During this time we developed tools and products for use in Mindsphere
development projects.
Among the applications developed were a personalization framework, a VIP Invitation
system utilizing rich email and content management tools, an extranet application
for print-on-demand services and a content delivery scheme to bridge the world
of SGML into the (then) emerging XML world.
Mindsphere may be considered a casualty of the market downturn in 2000, but
the success of the projects during the three previous years brought recognized
value to clients.
